"The latest substantive Queensland decision on the removal of executors Re McLennan  QSC 124 considers whether fault or misconduct by an executor is required to be demonstrated by an applicant in order to have the executor removed from office.2 Davis J concluded3 that such a finding was not necessary before an executor could be removed. "
